IRS now taking bookings for 2012 RPS course
You can now book your place on the 2012 Radation Protection Supervisors' course.
This course will equip qualified radiographers with the underpinning theoretical knowledge and understanding necessary to operate as Radiation Protection Supervisors.
Our course will deliver the information, instruction and training required for the Radiation Protection Supervisor to conduct his/her work in accordance with the requirements of the Regulations and taking account of the Health and Safety Executive information sheet Series No.6.
This Course also meets the requirements of the Health and Safety Executive information Document HSE 560/32 (Training of Radiation Protection Supervisors appointed under the Ionising Radiations Regulations 1999 Regulation 17) and thus enables employers to comply with the training requirement specified in Regulation 14 of the Ionising Radiations Regulations 1999.
